Jalapeno Mozzarella Pork Sausage
Fresh local pork, jalapeno and mozzarella sausages from our butchery, made from an old traditional recipe with prime quality pork.
We don’t over-manufacture, they are made by hand so they are coarse and meaty, we using prime quality meat and herbs.
Finally, we use natural casings to enhance the flavour.
Simple, lekker for the braai.
