How do I sign up?
On our homepage, you can sign up by clicking on the blue button.
You will need to create a username, enter your e-mail address and create a password.
I forgot my password.
Click on “Login” on the home page and select on “lost your password”.
Enter your e-mail address and click on reset password.
How do I change my address or account information?
You login onto your account and you can edit your address or account information.
What are the delivery hours?
Our delivery hours are from 8 am to 7 pm.
My delivery is late or has not arrived – what do I do?
Please call us on 0828961675 to follow up with our driver to see where your delivery is.
Can I request a special delivery time?
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate a special delivery time.
You can however provide special instruction for your delivery (i.e please drop the box at my neighbour at number x this week).
How do I provide special instructions for my delivery?
Complete the Order notes box when checking out to give special instruction for delivery.
Is delivery free of charge?
Delivery is free of charge to selected areas around Cape Town, Somerset West and Stellenbosch.

What if I am not home on my delivery day?
If you are unexpectedly not at home contact us to make alternative arrangements.
Redirection must be made by 5 pm the day before delivery.

In order to create your Kookbox each week, our team starts sourcing immediately after orders lock on Thursday at 9 am. Once the ingredients for your bag have started to be sourced, we are unable to accept cancellations after this point.

What ingredients should I have at home?
The recipes on the website will always indicate any ingredients that you would require at home.
Salt, Pepper, and Olive Oil are the most popular ingredients required.
All our meat is supplied by the Krazy Kiwi.
We understand that not everyone in your family eats the same portion sizes.
That is why we give you an option to upsize your protein portion.
Do I have to upsize all my protein portions?
No, you can decide how many upsized portion sizes you require.
Please note that the number of upsizing portions cannot exceed the number of protein portions ordered.
How big are the protein portion sizes?
Protein portion sizes are typically 180g – 220g.
There are certain situations where refunds or credits may be granted (if applicable):
- Incorrect products delivered
- Damaged or missing products
- Poor quality or missing ingredients
- Delivery errors out of the customer’s control
Please note that refunds or credits will not be processed for accidental orders or change of mind.
